HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
There is a member of staff on site from 8am - 5pm. If we don't answer please feel free to leave us a message and we will get back to you!

MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Yes, as long as you bring all the food required for your stay we can accommodate all diets (even a raw food diet).
HOW MANY TIMES A DAY ARE MY DOGS WALKED?
We aim to get all dogs out twice a day for 20 minutes on each walk. The walks will either be a lead walk around the farm or a run in our outdoor enclosure.
Can my dogs share a kennel?
Yes, we can accommodate dogs sharing from the same household.
Can i have my dog washed before collection?
Yes we offer dog washes, please request this on arrival.
How do i cancel my booking?
Give us a call or message us on facebook, there is no charge for cancellations.
