Available 7 days a week 8:00am to 16:00pm.
Appointments to be made via phone call.
Medium and small dogs, cats and small animals only.
Maximum of two dogs in transit at one time.
Appointments for collection and drop off to be made at least 24 hours before service commences.
1 hour slot available (Limited slots).
All pets will be fully insured in transit.
Available to customers within 30 minute radius from the kennels.

Customers will receive a phone call from kennel staff before collection or drop off (To confirm they are in the premises)
You will be given the staff members name who is picking your pet up before they arrive.
All pets must be fully vaccinated when travelling (Proof will be needed)
Staff will require all customers and pets information on arrival.
All pets will travel in secure cage.
Payment will be taken on collection.
All customer must sign documentation confirming T&Cs.

If the service is running late or can not conduct the service the customer will be informed immediately.
In the event of an accident or an emergency the customer will be contacted immediately.
Your pet will be fully insured while in transit.
Your pet will never be left unattended in the vehicle.
